The Burswood Resort complex is host to a fully integrated resort and entertainment precinct on the banks of the Swan River in Perth.

The lagoon resort pool is an expansive leisure facility of more than 5,000 m², with swimming, spa, poolside dining and complete resort experiences.

The main pool area is enlivened by a whirlpool and lazy river, shallow play areas, swim up access, and internal islands, providing fun and entertainment for all ages.

With pool pavilions, cabanas and lounging areas, the resort pools’ design is attractive to international tourists and families alike.

Oceanis designed the main outdoor lagoon pool, lazy river, spa pools, and associated water features for this beautiful facility.

The lagoon pool’s location on the banks of the river and associated poor soil conditions created significant structural challenges.  Oceanis worked closely with the structural engineers to develop a design that accounted for these challenges to create a beautiful organic lagoon pool and surrounding gardens.

Oceanis’ knowledge of aquatic engineering and hydraulics was an important element in the aesthetic success of the facility with crystal clear water and natural water movements an important part of its attractiveness.

The lagoon pool and water features have been integral to Burswood’s overall visitor experience, creating a beautiful, relaxing environment for guests and visitors to the precinct.
